Postage charges are calculated automatically based upon the weight of your total order.
All orders weighing under 2kg will be despatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery service. Postage charges are calculated automatically based upon the weight of your total order - please see table below for detailed postage charges. Please note that we have no control over delivery times using this service. If you wish a guaranteed delivery service, please use our guaranteed service.
All orders weighing between 2kg and 25kg, which can be packed into one container, will be subject to a single postage charge of £8.50.
GUARANTEED 48 HOUR SERVICE - If you choose our guaranteed service we will ship your order to be delivered within 2 working days of your order being received. Orders receieved on Saturday or Sunday will despatched on Monday. For the cost of this service there is an additional surcharge of £10.00 per order. When selecting this service, please be aware that a signature will be required upon delivery. Should there be noone at the delivery address to sign for the parcel it will be returned to our carriers depot and a card left for you to rearrange delivery on an alternative date. Should this occur Rugged Roads cannot be held liable for late delivery of an order.
For orders weighing over 25kg, or requiring more than one carton due to bulk, we reserve the right to charge a further £5.00 per each additional 25kg or carton. Deliveries over 1kg are made using an independent carrier on a 48 hour service. Please note that Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and British Islands are a 3 day service.
We endeavour to despatch orders within 1 working day of being received. However, during particularly busy periods this may extend to 2-3 working days. Should a parcel be returned due to non-delivery you will be liable for all reshipping costs.

All orders weighing between 1kg and 25kg, which can be packed into one container, will be subject to a single postage charge of £17.50.
For orders weighing over 25kg, or requiring more than one carton due to bulk, we reserve the right to charge a further £11.95 per each additional 25kg or carton.
Deliveries are made using a 4 - 5 day delivery service.
