Postage charges are calculated automatically based upon the volumetric weight of your total order.
All orders weighing under 2kg will be despatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery service. Orders which exceed this weight will be shipped using UPS 48 hour service. Please note that we have no control over delivery times with Royal Mail. If you wish a guaranteed delivery service, please use our guaranteed service.
GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY - If you choose our guaranteed service we will ship your order to be delivered next working day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will despatched on Monday. For the cost of this service there is an additional surcharge of £5.00 per order. When selecting this service, please be aware that a signature will be required upon delivery. Should there be noone at the delivery address to sign for the parcel it will be returned to our carriers depot and a card left for you to rearrange delivery on an alternative date. Should this occur Rugged Roads cannot be held liable for late delivery of an order.
We endeavour to despatch orders within 1 working day of being received. However, during particularly busy periods this may extend to 2-3 working days. Should a parcel be returned due to non-delivery you will be liable for all reshipping costs.
